Ilan Nachmany (Chief Executive Officer)
Ilan leads team of Healthcare Facility Compliance Corp. Ilan Nachmany’ career as both an entrepreneur and a corporate executive has spanned private and public corporations. Nachmany’ management, structural, and organizational skills have allowed him to lead both private and public corporations in a hands-on manner. His extensive experience as a COO and a CEO, along with a background in providing processing automation solutions for the healthcare and financial industry, have helped him develop as a leader. Nachmany also has extensive experience in development of software automation and document management solutions within the banking and healthcare business.. Nachmany knows and understands the need for software automation within the healthcare industry—he developed compliance and missing document system for the healthcare industry and developed the Validation Assurance Compliance Solution (VACS) system. Brigham & Women’s Hospital, a Harvard Medical Teaching Hospital, used the VACS system in order to monitor the frequent inspections of their laboratory instruments used in biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, and pharmacology. Nachmany earned an MS in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University after obtaining leadership education and training at the Israeli Army’s Officer School.
Sumer Mathur (Chief Operating Officer)
Sumer focuses on operations and CRx software development for Healthcare Facility Compliance Corp. He is a CPA and has experience in private and public companies in the US, Europe and India. Sumer’s experience is in strategic alliances and corporate finance. Prior to founding InfiCare Technologies www.infiCareTech.com in 2001 and InfiCare Services www.infiCareServices.com a HealthCare Billing company in 2003, Sumer was Vice President at HSO Global BV a provider of ERP implementation solutions in Europe, Americas and Asia. Sumer focused on consolidating operations of thirteen operating companies and raising strategic investment for the company. From 1994 to 1999 he was the Corporate Controller and acting CFO of HealthScribe, Inc. an outsourced healthcare services company in Sterling VA. He helped grow the company from 10 to 800+ employees, which set the foundation for what became largest privately owned medical transcription company in the world and was eventually sold to Medquist (MEDQ) in 2010. Sumer was also a director on Board of HealthScribe’s Indian subsidiary and its joint venture company that he identified for setting up a 300-person center in Mysore, India. Sumer has raised financing from venture capital and strategic investors in the US and Europe to finance the rapid growth of HSO Global BV Netherlands and HealthScribe, Inc. Prior to moving to US in 1991, Sumer worked with TCS- Tata Consulting Services in the management consulting division and with Thapars in their corporate finance office. Sumer has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, having graduated with honors from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi in 1982. Additional education includes a Chartered Accountant certification in India in 1986 and CPA certification in USA in 1992.
Howard Asch (Sr. Director of Sales)
Howard leads the Sales, Marketing and Business Development efforts for Healthcare Facility Compliance Corp. With over 30 years’ experience in Healthcare, Howard is a driven Sales Leader who has generated hundreds of millions in revenues as both a sales producer and a team builder in roles up to VP of Sales and Marketing. He has developed branding, messaging and go to market strategies for multiple companies and has implemented the growth plans. This includes building the right team for the market, and always exceeding the company’s sales and business development goals. In his role at vRad, a Mednax Company, Howard was responsible for a large multi-state region which he effectively grew to over $25 million in revenue annually, by leveraging a consultative approach to gain insight into the requirements and challenges facing each customer, leading to the recommendation and sale of customized solutions aligned with the customer’s unique needs.
Howard is an effective communicator who leverages true passion and an unwavering commitment to excellence to build revenue and profits, consistently navigating the complex waters of business to secure positive results in challenging and highly competitive markets. Howard started his career in Radiology as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Nuclear Manager and Director of Radiology, before moving to the business side of healthcare. He received his BS Degree in Applied Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey.
William Weiss (Advisory Board Member)
William Weiss is a co-founder and CEO of PaperClip, Inc. His experience stems from over 45 years in the technology industry. , PaperClip Inc. develops and markets products and services that enable effective communications within a company and with third parties. Through innovative solutions, PaperClip helps customers solve operational problems and reduce overhead associated with the capture, management, transmission, and storage of paper, images, faxes and reports. Previously, he was founder and president of Medical Registry Services, an organization that specialized in systems for cancer record-keeping in hospitals .Medical Registry did work for over 600 hundred hospitals ranging from major regional teaching hospitals to local community based hospitals. He has also held numerous senior management positions at companies such as Numerax and Automatic Data Processing. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School with a BS in Economics and has a JSD degree from New York Law School.
Paul Spitzberg (Advisory Board Member)
As advisory board members Paul helps Healthcare Facility Compliance Corp with his immense experience that included his position as Vice President of Special Markets at Coach, Inc. Currently Spitzberg is President & CEO of Position Poker & Gaming, Inc., a gaming licensing company, and on the Board of Elegance, Inc., a Party Plan Company, as well as a consultant to several other companies. During his 12+ year tenure at Coach, he also served as President of the Incentive Marketing Association, on the Board of Trustees of the Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement based at Northwestern University’s Medill School, and as Vice Chairman for Corporations as a trustee of the Incentive Federation. From 1969 to 1981, Mr. Spitzberg was an executive at American Express, where he managed international banks for their International Banking Corporation followed by serving as Director of Marketing for their Destination Services Division in Europe before returning to New York as Vice President for Commercial and Group Sales for the USA. Spitzberg then opened his own hotel operating company, Travel / Hotel International Marketing, where he served as President, and which company operated The Gorham Hotel in New York. Paul Spitzberg graduated from Columbia University in 1969 with a BA degree.
